Title
The Rise of Indoor Plumbing on Farms
Subject
Indoor Plumbing
Description
During the 1930s, prior to indoor plumbing emerging, a lot of people in the farming community had to use outhouses to take care of their business. They didn't have bathrooms inside their homes...which meant that they had to tiptoe out across the lawn and to a private little shed. You can imagine the relief that indoor plumbing brought farmers for now they could do things within the convenience of their homes.
